Beyond business, beyond borders.

At the heart of our Company lies a deep commitment to making a difference "beyond business, beyond borders". One of the most meaningful ways we do this is by dedicating part of our time and resources to helping children build a brighter future.

We are proud co-founders of the Shepherd Learning Center, located in Carles, Iloilo Island, a rural province of the Philippines. What began as a humble initiative has now grown into a vibrant educational community, supporting over 60 children of all ages.

The school is more than just a place for learning, it’s a place where children feel safe, valued, and part of a family.

​​Founded by Ms. Katherine Orlando, together with Jimmy Ng and Marie Chan, on Christian values and a love for people, our mission is to serve where the need is greatest. In the small corners of the world, we see big potential. That’s why we started this Learning Center: to invest in young lives through education, faith, and community.

We focus on three essential pillars:​

  • Education in English – giving children the tools to communicate globally and expand their future opportunities.

  • Spiritual Growth – through daily Bible studies and faith-based teaching, we nurture hearts as well as minds.

  • Community Living – teaching children how to support one another, work together, and grow as compassionate members of a community.

This isn't just a school, it's a seed of transformation for today and generation to come!

With the support of Marie, a tireless woman with a strong diligence and enthusiasm, moved from Singapore to dedicate her experience and knowledge to all the children needing help and hope, and Sir Jim, creator of the project and experienced businessman with the commitment to help growing the values of an entire Community, Shepherd Learning Center is now a beloved reality among the people.
